About this team
Our APAC fulfillment team is part of our greater Global Fulfillment team. This team supports lululemon’s overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including retail stores and ecommerce.
A day in the life
- Managing the Distribution Centre General Manager’s calendar and appointments, considering their preference for time and working style
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the General Manager as well as visitors to Ravenhall DC
- Coordinates booking meeting spaces and attending meetings with General Manager keeping agenda items, actions and notes up to date
- Supports DC Leadership team in creating and implementing plans that align with DC and company goals
- Oversee all office services requests, including but not limited to parking, security access, booking resources, supply inquiries, and office feedback. Prepares and processes invoices for the DC and supporting partners; reviewing POs for accuracy and compliance with PO2 Pay Policy
- Oversees purchasing, allocation, and tracking of all office, warehouse, kitchen, and toiletry supplies to maintain adequate stock of supplies
- Supports DC Workforce Administration to ensure accurate and timely time keeping, reporting and billing for lululemon and agency workers
- Tracks and monitors the DC budget, including people related expenses
- Manages contract and performance of DC office vendors including vendor onboarding and offboarding where appropriate
- Responsible for managing internal communications related to maintaining all public building information and signage and information related to employee updates and engagement (i.e., communication boards, announcement emails, DC Juicy Goods, etc.)
- Partners in the planning and execution of employee engagement events for the DCs including year-end events, summer series, rewards, and recognition, etc.
- Assists with coordinating and informing Managers, People & Culture and Talent Acquisition on status of new hires and the onboarding process for salaried employees
- Supports a welcoming experience for both external and internal visitors of the DC with their visit (sign in, desk booking, meeting rooms, DC tours, etc.)
- Supports DC site specific projects as required including sustainability efforts, construction, asset protection, People & Culture, and FP&A
- Champions and leads through lululemon’s IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action) initiatives and values
- Will perform other duties as requested by the General Manager of the Distribution Center
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors/associate degree in business administration, Business Management or related field or equivalent on the job experience
- 3-5 years of experience in clerical or administrative support duties
- 2+ years direct supervisory experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with the team and business partners
- Ability to build strong business partnerships across all layers of the organization
- Extraordinary customer service, organization and time management skills
- Self-starter, proactive and solution oriented
- Excellent team player and ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Power Point, Excel, and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and strong judgement
