Eat PR & Marketing is a specialist PR & Marketing agency for the food, drink and hospitality industries. Founded less than five years ago, we’ve grown rapidly and have been shortlisted for numerous awards. We are now seeking a part-time Office Manager to help our team of 10 stay organised and efficient.

Responsibilities
  • Finance: invoices, bookkeeping, VAT returns, PAYE, liaising with accountants
  • Office management: supplies, stock, post, health & safety, supplier liaison
  • Admin support: handling calls/emails, maintaining subscriptions/software
  • HR & compliance: onboarding, employee records, GDPR, internal policies
