Description
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Office Manager & Employee Experience to join our team. The position is based at the front desk, serving as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and external partners, while also playing a key role in shaping a positive and engaging employee experience. Key Responsibilities Office Management Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment Serve as the front desk point of contact, welcoming guests and handling incoming communications Work closely with vendors and service providers (facilities, cleaning, supplies, etc.) Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory Coordinate meetings, events, and company activities Ensure office maintenance, organization, and overall workplace experience Employee Experience Own and enhance the end-to-end employee experience, from onboarding to daily engagement Support onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives (events, celebrations, wellbeing activities) Act as a point of contact for employee needs, creating a supportive and responsive environment Identify opportunities to improve employee satisfaction, culture, and workplace atmosphere Partner with HR to implement initiatives related to employee engagement and retention Requirements 1–2 years of experience as an Office Manager / Administrative Assistant or similar role Experience working with vendors and service providers Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English High level of service orientation and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset Nice to Have Experience supporting senior management / executives Experience in a startup or dynamic environment Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, etc.
