As we expand, we're​ ​looking for​ ​a​ ​rockstar Office manager & Employee Experience Specialist to join our great team! Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the Tel Aviv office, ensuring smooth administrative functioning and providing comprehensive support. Manage all office logistics and supplies, including kitchen, IT, and office equipment needs. Lead and execute a variety of employee-focused projects and initiatives, such as company events, celebrations, holidays, and happy hours. Take charge of project operations, including budgeting, planning, and ensuring timely deliveries. Collaborate with suppliers to guarantee high-quality event execution, overseeing timelines, branding, and logistics. Support employees through all stages of the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Partner with HR on employee welfare initiatives and assist with relevant projects as needed. Requirements At least 2 years of experience as a Office manager & Employee Experience Energetic and positive attitude, with a passion for people and collaboration. Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Highly creative with a proactive, “can-do” mindset from concept to execution. Experience in planning and running events Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew. Experience working in a dynamic, fast, changing high-tech company
