About EnergyTec

Energy Tec Holdings Pty Ltd (EnergyTec) is a Perth-based utility services company primarily serving the WA property sector. For over a decade we've helped property owners and managers get on top of their utilities — from data acquisition and utility accounting through to technical services, compliance consulting, procurement and sustainability consulting. We're a team of 50+ built on four values: Partner, Experts, Helpful and Integrity.

About the Role

We're looking for an organised, commercially-minded Office Manager to be the operational backbone of our Technical Services team and their office.

Working closely with the Technical Services Team Leader, you'll turn work priorities into a scheduled, well-run Technical Services team — coordinating jobs from quote through to completion and invoicing. You'll manage our sales enquiries inbox, draft quotes and proposals, keep our CRM and job management systems accurate and up to date, coordinate stock and sub-contractors, and be a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

This is a varied, fast-paced role at the centre of a busy field services office — ideal for someone who thrives on keeping multiple moving parts running smoothly.

Location and Salary

The role is located at EnergyTec’s office in Gwelup, Western Australia.

Annual Salary will be $80,000 - $95,000 ex-SGC.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate job completions with the accounts team to support timely, accurate client invoicing.
  • Coordinate stock ordering, deliveries and transactional supplier communications
  • Coordinate sub-contractor scheduling and job logistics.
  • Support inductions, training logistics and documentation for the Technical Services team
  • Manage the allocation of work, review timesheet recording of the Technical Services team to ensure timely completion of works and cost control.
  • Work with our licensed electrical contractors to ensure the Technical Services office and team operate safely.
  • Translate work priorities into daily and weekly job schedules and keep job records accurate and current in our field service and job management systems
  • Manage the client communications for the Technical Services office, including scheduling site attendance and coordinating meetings.
  • Manage and follow-up leads and quotes for the Technical Services office, including reporting on the sales pipeline to the Executive Team.
