  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience in an estate agency is desirable but not essential

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure procedures run smoothly
  • Provide administrative support to sales and lettings teams
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and external stakeholders professionally and promptly
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
  • Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, and office events
  • Support HR processes including onboarding, holiday tracking, and general staff coordination
  • Maintain databases, filing systems, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Assist with marketing efforts including social media and online listings as needed
