WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager and Events Administrator to join our team.
We are considering both Full Time and Part Time Candidates.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in event organisation, event production, event coordination or management or similar
  • Have experience in a similar role, preferably within an event production company or a company with a fast-paced environment
  • Be naturally focused, organized, proactive, efficient, and able to take initiative
  • Have experience in building SOPs and processes to create efficiencies in the business
  • Be a quick learner with a keen ability to get things done
  • Possess excellent memory and attention to detail
  • Be a natural problem solver
  • Be IT literate working well with MS Office 365, with fast typing skills
  • Be a team player who enjoys helping others
  • Full drivers licence & vehicle

Responsibilities
  • General office administrative tasks
  • Overseeing compliance for the company, such as setting up systems to ensure compliance (e.g., recording driver hours, reporting, checking compliance with contractors, updating H&S of premises, maintaining insurances, and systematically keeping safety records up to date)
  • Record keeping
  • Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures
  • Organising staff meetings, taking notes, and arranging team social events
  • Assisting in planning out the days and assisting in keeping this on track
  • Managing inboxes, drafting, sending correspondence and taking calls
  • Managing appointments, booking travel
  • Entering and processing supplier bills
  • Matching payments to bills and invoices
  • Making timely bill payments
  • Liaising with senior management for payment approvals
