Description Job Title: Office Manager FLSA: Exempt Reports to: General Manager Department: Administration Job Summary: The Office Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This role oversees administrative tasks, support staff, manages office supplies and vendors, and helps ensure an organized, efficient, and professional work environment. Requirements Supervisory Responsibilities: · None Duties/Responsibilities: · Oversee the order entry process by maintaining schedules for production · Check inventory levels to ensure availability for finished goods · Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers and the general public · Act as a liaison between outside sales representatives and the customer service team · Provide general administrative and operational support for the company · Performs other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Excellent interpersonal skills · Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Ability to prioritize tasks · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite · Ability to learn the organization’s systems Education and Experience: · Previous experience in an administrative role within manufacturing · 2-5 years of administrative or office support experience · High School diploma or equivalent · Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, data management, etc. is preferred, but not required · NetSuite experience preferred Physical Requirements: · Prolonged period sitting at a desk and working on a computer · Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time · Must be able to access various departments of a given location
