We are telocating our operation to PR and need a organized and motovated person to assist our ceo in establishing and staffing our office and to manage sales and technology outside of PR . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative support and demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to various departments, and enhancing overall productivity.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should have:

  • Proven administrative experience in an office environment
  • Familiarity with office management practices and procedures
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
