ABOUT US:

ATX Construction Handyman and Remodeling LLC is a locally owned and operated remodeling company based in Austin, TX. We are seeking a Remote Office Manager / Executive Assistant to help us manage and grow our daily operations.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be located in Austin or surrounding areas (remote role, but local applicants only)
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a personal computer
  • Comfortable answering incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, file management, etc.)
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes (we use Housecall Pro CRM)
  • Organized, responsible, and self-motivated
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers or direct them to the right contact
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Update our CRM (Housecall Pro) with call and customer information
  • Help sales manager with sourcing and purchasing materials
  • Perform other general office support tasks as needed
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
