Description Sales – Office Manager Job Summary The Office Manager provides office and human resources leadership for the warehouse location Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develops and maintains an effective rapport with all staff Oversees employee, accounting, payroll and banking duties for location Prepares payroll spreadsheets, fixes timesheet/time clock mistakes and adds incentives Generates labor hours and vacation/sick time reports Processes new hire information and sends it to corporate office Creates and maintains digital employee files Verifies employment and salary surveys Enters sales information into handhelds Generates expired license reports for region managers Oversees all accounts payable and receivable duties for the location Oversees process for collecting on checks returned for insufficient funds Oversees and trains office personnel to ensure they are doing their jobs properly Coaches and develops office personnel to find solutions based on the root cause of the issue Communicates ideas and feedback clearly and effectively to enhance employee performance Completes training, seminars and classes as assigned Generates daily, weekly and monthly reports accurately and on time Other duties as assigned Work Authorization Must be authorized to work in the USA for any employer.
