About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Office Manager with strong experience in the fenestration industry. This role
requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage office operations, support customers and installers,
and ensure the smooth handling of orders and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and installers by answering phone calls and responding
to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage customer relationships, providing knowledgeable guidance and solutions.
- Coordinate and communicate with installers, ensuring they have the correct information, schedules, and
parts.
- Handle administrative duties, including maintaining records, preparing documents, and organizing office
workflows.
- Manage ordering, tracking, and receiving parts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize knowledge of fenestration terminology, products, and processes to support both internal teams
and external partners.
- Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve challenges related to scheduling, product orders, or customer
concerns.
- Support management with reporting, scheduling, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, or similar role within the fenestration,
construction, or related industry.
- Strong working knowledge of fenestration products, terminology, and installation processes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a tenacious, solutions-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, CRM systems, order management tools, etc.).
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
