Why You’ll Love This Role * DailyPay available for immediate access to earned wages * Comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) with company match * Paid time off * Discounted employee meals * Employee referral program * Team-oriented, high-energy work environment * Direct impact on revenue and business growth   What You’ll Do Leasing and Revenue Growth * Drive seller leasing activity, maintain high occupancy, and maximize space utilization * Meet and exceed weekly and monthly revenue and leasing targets * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing sellers to increase retention and revenue * Prepare and execute lease agreements and ensure all documentation is accurate and current Seller Relations * Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, resolving issues professionally and efficiently * Maintain consistent communication to support a positive and productive seller environment * Conduct weekly seller space audits in collaboration with Operations Operations and Office Leadership * Oversee daily office operations in a fast-paced setting * Train, coach, and support office team members * Establish and maintain organized systems for records and workflow * Assist in planning and execution of market events and promotions Cash and Financial Management * Assist with accounts receivable, collections, and daily deposits * Manage opening and closing procedures for the main office * Balance safe, petty cash, and ATM funds * Coordinate change orders and deposits with vendors Administrative Responsibilities * Maintain accurate seller records and reporting * Manage office inventory, supplies, and equipment * Handle incoming calls, mail distribution, and internal communication * Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance in all processes   Requirements * Must be 18 years or older * Background check required * 4+ years of experience in office administration, leasing, retail, or sales-driven environments preferred * Proven ability to meet goals related to revenue, leasing, or account management * Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach * Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Ability to work a Wednesday through Sunday schedule, including full weekends   Preferred Qualifications * Experience in leasing, property management, or high-volume retail sales * Background in accounts receivable or collections * Experience supervising or training team members * Ability to perform effectively in a high-traffic, fast-paced environment   The Opportunity This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by results, enjoys building relationships, and performs well in a dynamic setting.
