Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our client’s Farringdon workplace. This is a varied role that combines facilities management, health and safety compliance, supplier and contractor coordination, and front-of-house responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

RECEPTION & ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

  • Run the reception desk, welcoming guests and ensuring visitor passes are signed in and returned.
  • Answer incoming calls and relay messages promptly.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the IT department.
