This is a Day Shift position from 8:30a-5:00p, with some nights, weekends or holidays. You will also be part of the Manager on Duty rotation. Salary: $50,000-54,000 Depending of level of experience. Responsibilities of the Full Time Office Manager New Hire Processing and Facilitating Orientation Process bi-weekly payroll Interviewing, Hiring and Managing reception staff Organize and submit payables Sort mail General office duties Weekend rotation as Manager on Duty Supervise and hire Receptionists and Medical Records Other administrative duties under the direction of the Administrator Requirements Job Requirements of the Administrative Assistant/Office Manager: General office management/administrative experience -- at least 2-years experience preferably in a healthcare setting Computer proficiency Experience in a HR office within a healthcare setting (not doctor's office) HR/Payroll experience preferred - Familiarity with Paylocity a definite PLUS!
