We pride ourselves on our versatility and ability to deliver a broad spectrum of Civil, structural and agricultural projects, with experienced staff in all sectors.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills with an eye for detail. This role is crucial for ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing support to both staff and management. A background in the Construction Industry would be desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the management team and staff, including filing, record-keeping, and documentation. Scheduling meetings, managing correspondence
  • Maintaining office supplies and ordering materials if requested by construction engineers
  • Implement and maintain efficient clerical systems to enhance workflow.
  • Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing enquiries to the appropriate personnel.
