We are looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Office Manager to handle day-to-day administrative operations. This is an essential role in a tight-knit team environment, ideal for someone who thrives in a jack-of-all-trades position and enjoys working setting where every task matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the office email inbox; respond to customer inquiries
Generate and send invoices based on packing slips
Support basic HR functions: onboarding, background checks, drug testing, file setup
Coordinate insurance renewals with brokers for medical and dental plans
Maintain employee records and handle documentation updates
Order office supplies and provide general administrative support
Assist with month-end reconciliation and coordinate payments with external bookkeeper
Answer and manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Comfortable wearing many hats and taking initiative
Basic HR experience, including onboarding and benefits coordination
Strong communication and organizational skills
Down-to-earth, collaborative, and dependable personality
