As our Office Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring the admin team are working effectively and efficiently and supporting all Support Office functions and departments, whilst also supporting the CEO with projects and ad hoc work priorities.

About You:

We’re looking for people with great organisational and people skills to join our team.

  • Previous demonstrable experience working in a a similar role within a similar environment
  • Good understanding of the regulatory requirements of care.
  • System knowledge of QCS, Radar, Camascope and PCS (not essential as training can be given)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Empathy and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our residents
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and on own initiative in a fast-paced environment

  • Act as the main point of contact for office maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including transport and accommodation for Support Office Team members.
  • Work closely with HR to maintain and update office policies as necessary.
  • Manage all IT and office equipment.
  • Handling inquiries from residents, families, and external stakeholders with professionalism and empathy.
  • Oversee office services to ensure smooth operations.
