OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of office management practices. This role is essential for ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing support to staff and maintaining a productive work environment.
We are a small pre-owned dealership with a comfortable work environment and team atmosphere. Looking for a part time or full time employee to run the office. Commission opportunity available as well.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills a plus but not necessary. Training is provided
  • Familiarity with Dealer Management system a plus but not necessary
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling, and managing correspondence. Join our team as an Office Manager where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency while contributing positively to our workplace culture!
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
