POSITION OVERVIEW

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations (across multiple locations; HQ and 10-15 satellite offices), ensuring the office(s) runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves coordinating office(s) activities, managing administrative staff, handling financial and HR-related tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in an office management or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and HR practices (e.g., payroll, rosters)
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in Admin, Retail and/or Multi site management
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB)
  • HR or business administration qualification
