We are looking for an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in financial services to join our team and keep our operations running smoothly. You will be the organisational backbone of our office, ensuring everything runs efficiently, supporting advisers, and keeping clients happy.
· Overseeing day-to-day office operations.
· Managing workflows and supporting advisers with client servicing.
· Ensuring Intelligent Office records are accurate and up to date.
· Liaising with providers and clients in a professional manner.
· Supporting compliance processes and documentation.
