Description:
Our busy Mater Hospital clinic in North Sydney is currently seeking an Office Manager to join the team.
The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday, between 9am-5pm.
These hours can be flexible if you prefer an earlier start
Role Overview:
As an Office Manager, you will provide professional and operational leadership and management to the clinic.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Day to day medical reception tasks; greeting and arriving patients, answering phone calls and emails, booking appointments etc.
- Support the clerical team of up to 15 staff across medical reception
- Plan and manage daily clerical staff rostering
- Manage the clinic’s daily appointment schedule
- Manage the clinic’s daily banking and other financial applications and requirements
- Work closely with the Regional manager, Practice Manager, Chief Medical Imaging Technologist, and Radiologist/s
What we’re looking for:
People management and leadership experience.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
A background in radiology or healthcare is essential.
Experience in COMRAD booking system and Microsoft office is desirable.
