The kid‑friendly clinic offers comprehensive services including general dentistry, children’s dentistry, orthodontics, implants, cosmetic treatments, root canal and wisdom‑tooth removal.

Job Description:

1. Oversee daily dental‑clinic operations, assign admin tasks and guide workflows for smooth patient‑focused dental services.
2. Manage clinic premises, dental consumables and administrative budgets to support daily dental practice and staff operational needs.
3. Maintain patient, contract and government‑scheme records, ensuring documents are complete, updated and easily accessible.
4. Assist financial tasks including reimbursements, expenditure tracking, payroll support and government dental billing reconciliation.
5. Coordinate communications among front desk, dentists, contractors and suppliers to resolve clinic‑related administrative issues timely.
6. Supervise clinic IT systems and equipment maintenance, liaise with vendors to minimise disruptions to patient dental appointments.
7. Perform HR administrative work covering recruitment, onboarding, leave management and ongoing training for clinic front‑office employees.
8. Enforce workplace safety and dental regulatory compliance, monitor standards and report potential compliance risks to senior management.
9. Drive clinic process improvement and administrative planning to lift operational efficiency and enhance overall patient experience.

Qualification:

● Minimum 5 years of relevant office management experience.

● Excellent organisational, planning, and multi‑tasking abilities.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office management software.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive problem‑solving mindset.

● Working knowledge of WHS and compliance standards to implement policies within dental clinic operations.

● High attention to detail, self‑initiative, and ability to manage varied daily clinic workloads.

Schedule:

• 8‑hour working shift
• Monday to Friday
