Among our customers are huge brands such as Domino's Pizza, McDonald's, Aroma Israel, Meshulam, HOT Consumer Club, NewDeli, Carrefour and more. We are looking for an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently. Well organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. Responsibilities Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills Assisting with accounting-related tasks such as tracking receipts from suppliers, tracking Customer fund collection and transferring payments Manage executives schedules, calendars, and appointments Partner with HR to maintain office activities, participate actively in the planning and Execution of company events Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time Provide general support to visitors Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory Requirements B.A. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to enable professional interaction with a wide range of colleagues, both internal and external. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work High attention to detail and problem solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint Qualifications null
