We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Office Manager to join our Copenhagen head office at JUMBO Consulting Group. This is a key role in our organization, ideal for someone who is passionate about creating a well-functioning, welcoming, and efficient office environment; and who sees office management and administration as their long-term career path.
You will be the go-to person for all things related to the office and administration, playing a central role in supporting our team and maintaining a positive, productive, and people-focused workplace culture.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Copenhagen head office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to keep the workspace well-stocked and functional
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and act as the main point of contact with building management
  • Plan and execute internal events, meetings, and team-building activities that foster a strong office culture
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing workstations and coordinating IT equipment setup
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across the office
  • Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements and ad hoc tasks
  • Act as a culture ambassador - creating a positive, inclusive, and enjoyable office environment
  • Keep the kitchen fully stocked with drinks and snacks - and most importantly, make sure the coffee machine is always up and running!
  • Beyond day-to-day office management, you will support Business Operations and the global teams with managing tools such as SharePoint, Teams, DocuSign and other, coordinating system setups, updating internal documentation, and assisting with internal communication and team meetings.
