Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
Position Summary
The Office Manager will be responsible for the effective operation of the office, ensuring administrative systems, facilities, staff support functions, and client service standards are maintained at the highest level.
The role combines office management, executive support, client administration, compliance coordination, and financial administration.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the day-to-day management and smooth operation of the office, ensuring efficient administrative systems, resources, and service standards.
· Coordinate office facilities, equipment, technology, suppliers, and workplace health and safety compliance.
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders, delivering a professional and high standard of client service.
· Manage meetings, correspondence, office communications, mail, and courier services.
· Perform general financial administration, including banking, petty cash, invoicing, debtor management, and month-end reconciliations.
· Coordinate client onboarding and maintain accurate records using MYOB AE, ATO Online Services, and CAS360.
· Assist with taxation administration, including tax return processing,ATO correspondence, assessments, and client registrations for ABN, TFN, and GST.
· Maintain corporate compliance records and prepare ASIC documentation, including company updates, director changes, share transfers, and registered office changes.
· Develop and maintain administrative procedures, databases, and compliance registers to support operational efficiency and regulatory requirements.
About You
Essential Skills & Experience
Diploma in Management/Adminstration or other relevant discipline or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in Office Management, or Administration roles.
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing office operations, staff coordination, and client relationships.
Sound financial administration and accounts support experience.
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Desirable Experience
Experience within an accounting, taxation, legal, or professional services environment.
