OFFICE MANAGER – RTO IN BROADMEADOWS VIC

Kogan People Solutions, recruiters, are working with a registered training organisation based in Broadmeadows, Vic to recruit a skilled and experienced Office Manager. The college delivers nationally accredited vocational education and training (VET) to both domestic and international students, offering programs that align with current industry standards and workforce needs. They are now seeking an experienced Office Manager to become part of a hardworking team committed to empowering the next generation of skilled professionals. The role is full-time and ongoing with great opportunities for growth and development, and an attractive salary is offered in the range of $75k to $85k plus superannuation per annum.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the efficient and organised operation of the office by coordinating scheduling, managing inventory, and overseeing administrative support functions.
  • Providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience, including greeting visitors, facilitating staff onboarding, and serving as the primary contact for all office-related queries.
  • Maintaining compliance with RTO and CRICOS standards.
  • Administering and maintaining office equipment; liaising with IT personnel to resolve technical issues and ensure the continuous operation of essential systems.
  • Responding to operational challenges with composure and professionalism, upholding a productive and safe workplace environment. Demonstrated knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) regulations is essential.
  • Overseeing day-to-day administrative processes, including the procurement and maintenance of supplies, coordination of services, and optimisation of office workflows.
  • Managing financial administrative functions such as invoicing, budget tracking, and expenditure control to support fiscal responsibility and efficiency.
  • Allocating tasks, supervising administrative personnel, and monitoring performance to maintain operational effectiveness and ensure adherence to organisational policies and standards.
  • Conducting evaluations of office support services, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery and uphold quality benchmarks.
  • Compiling and presenting comprehensive operational reports to senior management, offering insights into key business activities and performance metrics.
