REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance
  • Experience with managing and maintaining Office Equipment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and other relevant software such as CRMs
  • Degree or certification in a related field is a plus
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $16.23 - $26.05 per hour
    Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations and administrative functions within the company to ensure timely, accurate and professional decorum to ensure the success of the company in all aspects under the supervision and guidance of the manager:

  • Maintain and execute a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly schedule of events
  • Manage Office Manager/Assistant
  • Foster an positive customer experience in all avenues
  • Promote and foster team cohesion
  • Accept, manage and execute primary functions of the team relate to data entry for internal and external use
  • Process and manage incoming customer and vendor correspondence via mail, email, phone, text message, social media, email, walk-in or on-location, Customer Relationship Manager
  • Manage purchasing as directed by the manager
  • Other duties as assigned
