Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to supervise the day to day running of a busy reception area in a medical practice, servicing 14 doctors.
The successful candidate will be honest, reliable, efficient and professional with demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in a similar role.
Principal responsibilities:
To oversee all operational processes within the clinic and the smooth flow of patients.
Responsible for managing reception staff and co-ordinating staff rosters.
To recruit and train administrative staff.
Knowledge of Best Practice and prac soft an advantage
IT support for all staff, doctors and nurses. Liaison with technical support to fix hardware and soft ware issues.
Provide excellent services to our patients.
Medicare batching and billing.
Accounts payable.
General admin and secretarial duties
Front desk: greeting patients, receiving phone calls, faxes and emails and dealing with them in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential requirements:
Good organisational and time management skills.

Conduct day to day business using tact, diplomacy and empathy for others.
Exceptional computer skills and extensive knowledge of software programs.
