About the opportunity We are looking for an Office Manager to run the day to day operations of the Logicalis Australia Melbourne office in Richmond. You will be the face of the office and ensure everything runs smoothly for our people, clients and visitors. This role suits someone proactive, organised and confident managing a busy workspace. Travel coordination is a key priority and you will take ownership of bookings, itineraries and approvals. What you will be responsible for Coordinating all travel bookings, including flights, accommodation and transport Running reception and being the main point of contact for visitors, staff and couriers Managing office operations, including supplies, meeting rooms and kitchen areas Overseeing deliveries, mail and courier bookings Handling general office queries and supporting staff day to day Cleaning and maintaining the office coffee machine and arranging servicing Liaising with building management, cleaners and service providers Handling all office servicing requirements Coordinate catering for internal offices across Victoria and New South Wales Manage weekly postings on The Hub (our internal intranet), including internal events, All Staff communications, and event recordings Be involved in and assist with on-site events and visits, particularly those involving the Responsible Business and Marketing teams and work experience programmes. Promoting sustainable practices across the office Ensuring the Melbourne office is welcoming, organised and always ready What you will bring Strong office management or front of house experience Excellent communication and customer service skills A proactive and solutions focused approach Confidence juggling multiple tasks and staying organised Comfortable taking ownership and running the show An interest in sustainability is a bonus and very welcome Ability to work onsite from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday Most importantly, you are Confident, Capable, Curious and Customer Obsessed.
