About the Role:
Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised Team Assistant / Office Manager. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Dublin office, while also providing key support to the wider team in areas such as travel coordination, client interaction, and office culture.
Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant, you’ll enjoy significant autonomy and the chance to make this role your own. You’ll play a key part in shaping office culture, managing relationships with external suppliers, and organising team events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for office management and supplier liaison
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for the team
  • Organise and execute internal team events and culture-building initiatives
  • Provide high-level client-facing support as needed
  • Support the Executive Assistant and wider team with various administrative tasks
  • Help evolve the role as the business continues to grow

About You:
You may currently be working in a similar team support or office management role, or you might be a high-calibre corporate receptionist with advanced MS Office skills, ready to take the next step in your career. An additional background in hospitality or client service (alongside more corporate sectors) will be highly valued.
