As an Office Manager (m/f/d), you are our allrounder and ensure that our office runs smoothly. With your strong communication skills and organizational talent, you create a pleasant work environment and support our team in various areas. Specifically, your responsibilities will focus on the following areas:

  • Welcoming and hosting visitors
  • Ordering food and beverages for meetings, seminars, and company events
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Managing office supplies
  • Communicating with the property management
  • Managing mobile phone contracts and company devices
  • Booking and organizing business trips
  • Fleet management and coordination of company vehicles
  • Managing the telephone switchboard
  • Supporting trade fair preparations
  • Maintaining shared spaces such as the kitchen and lounge to ensure a pleasant working environment
