Description

We are seeking a Permanent full-time Office Manager for the BP Katherine Roadhouse(Madok Pty Ltd) site located in Katherine, NT.
The successful person will be required to organise and control the functions and resources of offices, such as administrative systems and office personnel, and also for the whole of Madok Pty Ltd as a group with over 50 employees and also working directly with the Managing Directors.
We need someone who can contribute to the planning and review of office services, set priorities and office service standards allocating human resources, space, and equipment, assign work to and monitor the work performance of staff, and manage records and accounts of the office liaising with Professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate the resolution of problems ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $77,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
