Backed by an international team, strong funding, and a bold vision, we’re looking for people who want to shape the next generation of aerial security and build something that truly matters. 🎯 How you will make an impact: Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations Manage orders, purchasing and office supplies Select, coordinate and manage vendors and service providers Manage the reception area and provide a professional guest experience Organize and prepare meetings, including room and service coordination Ensure functionality, cleanliness and proper setup of office spaces Maintain and improve office processes and documentation Support our Engineering Director in his day-to-day scheduling and travel management ✅ What you need to be successful: Several years of experience in Office Management and in assisting a managerial role in their day-to-day tasks Structured, independent and reliable working style Strong organizational skills and service-oriented mindset Confident and professional demeanor when welcoming guests Fluent communication skills in German and English Proficiency with common office tools (e.g. MS Office) Hands-on mentality and adaptability in a startup environment At Alpine Eagle, you're not just taking a job - you're joining a mission.
