The Office Manager role is site based in our office in Dublin city Centre. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and supporting the company’s Directors. This role demands excellent communication and multi-tasking skills and a professional approach to all areas of business.

NUMBER OF YEARS PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Requirements:
· Have 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role.
· Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, excel and PowerPoint.
· Capable of working on your own initiative, someone who is extremely organised, consistent, reliable and quick learning.
· Be honest and trustworthy, be capable of dealing with confidential information
· Have excellent communication skills and be adaptable and flexible.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support for the senior management team in any tasks required.
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary to the wider senior team, undertaking research, formatting, archiving documents, helping prepare tenders, aid in preparing marketing material and creating reports or presentations.
  • Oversee all daily administrative duties in the office and ensuring that the office is operating efficiently by managing ad hoc tasks such as office supplies, arranging couriers, collating expenses, arranging travel, liaising with external third parties (cleaners, IT support), etc.
  • Act as a front-of-house representative for the company through reception, phone and email duties
  • Contribute to the company culture and help maintain a positive and social work environment.
  • Support the team on other special or ad hoc projects from time to time.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask and work under pressure.
