JOB POSTING: OFFICE MANAGER (MATERNITY LEAVE COVERAGE)

Location: Peace Portal Counselling Centre – South Surrey BC
Position Type: Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday)
Contract Term: January 15 – September 15, 2026 (with the possibility of extension)
Training Period: Part-time hours starting mid-November 2025 until full-time start in January 2026

POSITION SUMMARY

Peace Portal Counselling Centre is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to cover a maternity leave contract. This role is essential to the smooth day-to-day operations of our counselling centre, supporting both our counselling team and clients. The Office Manager will supervise staff and the daily operations of Peace Portal Counselling Centre and provides direct assistance to the Director of the Centre

  • Experience with online scheduling systems (Jane Practice Management Software preferred)
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous office management or administrative experience preferred
