SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in office management, administration, or team leadership.
  • Experience in the print, design, or service industry (highly regarded but not essential).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and support staff.
