About the role: We have an exciting opportunity in our fast-paced Dunedin Service branch for an experienced Office Manager! We are looking for someone who enjoys supporting others, improving systems, and consistently delivering exceptional results. Put your stamp on our admin area and help drive great outcomes for both our internal teams and valued customers. Key skills required for this role: Proven ability to manage administrative staff, Experience in data entry, job costing and cost management, A flexible, common-sense approach and the ability to prioritise a busy workload, The ability to work as part of a team and coordinate technical team members who are on clients' jobs, Ability to train and mentor administration staff, The flexibility to perform other administrative tasks when deadlines must be met, Previous experience in a similar service industry would be a definite advantage, Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, Proficient in Salesforce and SAP.
