Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an organized self starter with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Bookkeeping functions: reconciling accounts, posting transactions, and compiling data for reports
  • Update project budget trackers
  • Track timesheets and payroll
  • Support the field staff
  • Maintain accurate paper and electronic records
  • Manage company insurance policies
  • Communicate with subcontractors regarding insurance and tax requirements
  • Coordinate with publications as necessary for company PR
  • Answer phones and provide administrative support
  • Maintain company website and IT programs

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and QuickBooks Online
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in office management and bookkeeping
  • Prior experience in construction or property management a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Adobe InDesign preferred
  • Experience in Wordpress preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
