Job Description Office Services Lead Culver City, CA​ (Onsite) 2+Month Contract M-F (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Qualifications Leads day-to-day operations of specified up to 2-person site, service or shift. Responsible for providing customer service support, managing mail and supply distribution, and maintaining office equipment operations in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to customer service calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Coordinate and support daily customer service operations. Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked copier and supply areas. Perform shipping and receiving duties for office materials and supplies. Deliver supplies, including copier toner and paper, across multiple office locations. Perform basic maintenance on copiers and printers and assist with equipment relocation. Track and record meter readings, service logs, and inventory levels. Collect, analyze, and report data to leadership and clients. Prepare and support monthly performance and service reports. Requirements & Skills High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years of experience in a related field. Strong communication and customer service skills. Technical aptitude with the ability to operate and troubleshoot complex equipment. Experience delivering training sessions (formal or informal). Ability to set goals, prioritize tasks, and work independently. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions as needed. Ability to stay updated on current technology and industry trends. Additional Information Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. Compensation: USD 20.00 - USD 26.00 - hourly
