Job Description Legal Office Support Supervisor 3+ months (temp to perm) Los Angeles, CA (Onsite) M-F (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) Qualifications Supervises day-to-day operations of a 1–3 person site within a legal office environment. Ensures procedures are implemented effectively, maintains high-quality standards, and provides professional support to attorneys, paralegals, and staff. Responsible for print, mail, hospitality, billing, and reporting functions while ensuring customer satisfaction and contract compliance. Responsibilities Supervise daily site operations, including scheduling, workflow, and task assignments. Perform mail and parcel duties: log, open, scan, and distribute incoming mail. Manage print production and finishing projects for attorneys and secretaries. Handle hospitality services: stock supplies, set up and clear conference rooms. Act as primary on-site contact for customer issues and service compliance. Track and report site metrics, billing, invoicing, and monthly reports. Maintain cost efficiency and assist in achieving site profitability goals. Ensure payroll accuracy and approve time clock punches. Handle sensitive and confidential legal documents with accuracy and discretion. Provide training on workflow, quality standards, and equipment operation. Support offsite trial preparation, including scheduling equipment, labor, and supplies. Maintain communication with sales and management to resolve billing and pricing issues. Uphold Ricoh Service Excellence standards and ensure audit/deadline compliance. Complete site and month-end management reports accurately and on time. Additional Information Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
