Mint Asset Management is a growing property management company serving commercial and multi-family residential buildings across the GTA. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients and tenants while operating efficiently and proactively.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Office Manager. This is a full-time role with contract employment, meaning you will invoice the company monthly for your services. The ideal candidate will take ownership of day-to-day operations, make sound decisions in the best interest of the company, and keep things running smoothly with minimal supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in property management, real estate, or office management preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Yardi or similar software is an asset.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions on the spot.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage tenant communications, respond to inquiries, and coordinate maintenance requests.
  • Handle lease administration, renewals, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records in property management software (Yardi experience is an asset).
  • Reconcile payments, and assist with financial tracking.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Support property inspections, move-ins, and move-outs.
  • Prepare reports and correspondence for landlords and clients.
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Act as a liaison between ownership, tenants, and third-party service providers.
  • Make operational decisions to resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
