JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Chiropractic Clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills and demonstrate exceptional computer literacy, time management, and phone etiquette. This role is essential in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently while providing excellent support to staff and clients alike. Ideally someone who appreciates chiropractic care and other holistic healthcare avenues.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in office management or related roles such as dental receptionist or clerk.
  • Strong computer literacy is a must.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Attention to detail in proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have leadership skills, and management capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Order supplements, and supplies the doctors need
  • Manage front desk staff and chiropractic assistants, as well as assist business owners in managing LMTs.
  • Learn how the insurance billing process works so that you may support front desk staff
  • Support staff with administrative tasks as needed, acting as a personal assistant to executives when required.
  • Assist business owners in re-arranging the office for more functionality.
  • Implement efficient office procedures and improve workflow processes to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and project coordination.
  • Create front desk schedule, and manage their breaks/days off as needed.
  • Occasionally cover front desk.
  • Assist business owners in keeping bills paid, bookkeeping, and other small business ownership tasks.
  • Work with owner/lead doctor to follow up on MVA cases/billing
