Role To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced candidate to join our team in managing daily operations, organizing events and team bonding as well as assisting our senior management level. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the CEO, including handling meeting schedules and travel bookings Managing office operations Driving social and staff welfare agenda by planning bi-monthly team events, staff trainings, birthday/milestone celebrations. Supporting the Finance and HR Manager on various administrative tasks including employee on-boarding and exit procedures, the renewal of office lease, etc Oversee office equipment and archival storage, office cleaning and inventory of office pantry and stationery supplies Maintain good relationships and manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers Other responsibilities may be required from time to time
Responsibilities
