POSITION PROFILE:
The North Dundas Medical Clinic is a group practice of 4 family medicine practices and 2 general surgeons. We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Working Manager to lead and support our administrative team. This includes direct supervision of up to 12 employees and managing all aspects of human resources within the clinic. In addition to overseeing administrative workflows and team performance, the Working Manager will be expected to train in all front and back office administrative roles and be capable of stepping into any position as needed. This ensures smooth clinic operations, consistent patient care, and strong team support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience supervising or managing a team
Previous HR experience and/or training
General understanding of labor law in Ontario
Demonstrated proficiency in small business management
Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
Intermediate or advanced digital competencies
Exceptional communication skills
