JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic Office Manager to provide comprehensive support to our executive team and our CEO - with offices in two locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and communications skills and be adept at managing various tasks efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual who can handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish - French language proficiency is a plus
  • Must be proficient using QuickBooks and MS Office
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and Canadian Passport
  • Strong organizational skills with extreme attention do detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on phone and email etiquette.
  • Experience in vendor management and/or logistics is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, appointments.
  • Supervise and coordinate office activities and corporate marketing events at multiple locations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Schedule, run and document Project Meetings
  • Organize/update project files and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors in English and Spanish
  • Travel between offices - air travel will be required
