Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily office activities to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance, ensuring that the office is fully stocked and operational.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, file management, and reception duties.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, repairs, and improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of the office budget, including expense tracking and reporting.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and facilitating communication within the team.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Provide general support to visitors and employees, addressing their needs and inquiries.
