ABC Ninos is a NYSED 4410 Special Needs Early Childhood Program serving children ages 2–5. Our mission is to provide high-quality, inclusive education and therapeutic services that meet the diverse developmental needs of our students, while maintaining full compliance with local and state regulations.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Office Manager / Operations Manager with a strong background in Special Needs early childhood education, specifically within a 4410-program setting. This individual will oversee administrative operations, support the Executive Director, and ensure compliance with all NYSED, DOE, and DOHMH regulations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with program compliance, staff and student recordkeeping, payroll, financial tracking, and coordination of related services.
