JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and support our growing team in the real estate development industry. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to coordinate with government offices on permits and compliance, and a solid understanding of the fast-paced demands of a real estate development environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role, preferably in real estate or construction.
  • Familiarity with government processes related to real estate development (permits, zoning, compliance, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the real estate development or construction industry.
  • Knowledge of local government regulations and permitting processes.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization across all departments.
  • Maintain office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Liaise with government agencies and local authorities to secure necessary permits, documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in managing real estate project documentation, including contracts, property records, and development plans.
  • Support the executive team with scheduling, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate office-wide communications, team meetings, and company events.
  • Ensure all company records, including licenses, registrations, and corporate documents, are kept up to date and in compliance.
  • Assist HR in onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and supporting training initiatives.
  • Manage office budgets, petty cash, and expense reporting.
  • Contribute to a professional and organized office culture, aligning with the company’s values and goals.
