OFFICE MANAGER
Location: Guiseley (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £31,000 - £36,000
Brooks Ecological is an ecology-led consultancy with a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from large-scale habitat restoration and management schemes to strategic urban extensions and smaller private initiatives. As a friendly, ethical company, we are selective about the projects we undertake. We pride ourselves on sustainability, operating a fleet of fully electric pool cars powered by renewable energy sources.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager with:
· Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
· Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
DESIRABLE SKILLS INCLUDE:
· Experience in an environmental or consultancy setting.
· Familiarity with project management tools.
· Interest in ecology, conservation, or sustainability.
